Half a teaspoon of chia seeds or sabza ke daaney and a cup of water to soak

How to make:

Soak the sabzaa ke daaney or chia seeds in a cup of water for at least 10 to 20 minutes. In the meanwhile, add another cup of water to a pan, add the jeera or cumin and daalcheeni or cinnamon stick and let it all boil.

Boil this well till the water turns a brownish color.

Now remove this from the heat and let it cool down a little.

Strain this water and keep it in a glass.

Enjoy your warm weight-loss drink.

10. Amla and ginger juice

Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry, can help improve the digestion of carbohydrates.

You will need:

Half a cup of finely chopped amla

1 teaspoon of roughly chopped ginger
