Fruits To Eat For Glowing Skin When you consume fruits you give your body an extra boost of nutrients and vitamins which are reflective on your skin. A lot of fruits have the ability to take care of inflammation, signs of ageing, pigmentation, and so much more! In your diet: You can either eat the mango by itself, or blend it into a smoothie and sip on it on a hot summer’s day. Alternatively, you can add it to your breakfast bowl with yogurt and oats. On Your Skin: For Dry Skin - Apply the pulp of a mango, some yogurt and honey on your face as a face mask. Rinse off after 15 to 20 minutes. For Oily Skin - Switch out the honey and yogurt with lemon juice, and apply it on your face. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse off. For Pigmentation - Apply the mashed mango on the affected area where there’s pigmentation. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
