This creates a body system out of balance, and more specifically, an increase in the production of certain hormones and a decline in others. Unfortunately, your adrenal glands cannot keep up with the constant, increased demand for cortisol, and adrenal function weakens. Together with this, you may experience a state of exhaustion that, no matter what you do, does not go away. Drinking an herbal tea for adrenal fatigue may help with this. Recovery is a long process. But the tea can provide you with some much-needed adrenal support.
