Being a foodie always comes at a price, doesn’t it?

From street food to fancy delicacies, it’s hard to keep a track of your diet when your taste buds hate the sight of healthy food. Salads, smoothies and even sprouts are simply not as appetising as a burger or pizza. If you agree, you’re clearly doing something wrong because healthy food doesn’t have to taste bad. As long as you know how to balance out the calories, you have plenty of wiggle room to elevate the taste of your meal.

Even if it is something as bland as sprouts.

Raw Vs. Cooked Sprouts

##JUMPLINK##

Generally, sprouts are consumed in the raw form. However, some experts suggest that eating them raw makes it harder for your body to digest them. This can affect the amount of nutrients absorbed by your body. Cooking them slightly ensures that your body soaks up all the nutrients easily. Some people have also experienced food poisoning or gut issues like stomach aches, after consuming raw sprouts.
