What is a Bahama mama smoothie?

The Bahama mama smoothie is a refreshing blend of coconut, strawberries, pineapple, and white chocolate. Tropical Smoothie Café counts this smoothie among their most popular drinks. And for good reason – it’s wonderfully refreshing and perfectly balanced! I’ve seen quite a few different Bahama mama smoothie recipes. Some call for bananas and shredded coconut; others use yogurt and vanilla protein powder. While all of these options sound very delicious, I tried to stay true to the Tropical Smoothie’s version and based my recipe on a blend of strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk, and white chocolate. I admit white chocolate sounds a bit decadent for a smoothie, but it’s honestly so good. I can’t wait for you to try it!
