A glass of pineapple juice can treat acne, fight sun damage, and evens out skin tones, to give an even and glowing complexion. Pineapples are loaded with vitamin C, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that collectively promote skin health.

Ingredients:

850g Chopped pineapple

1-inch ginger

2 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup mint leaves

2 cups water

Ice cubes, as needed

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together into a blender. Add sugar, if needed, and transfer the blended pineapple juice into a clean container with a fine mesh strainer. And your drink is ready! Serve the juice chilled.

2. Peach drink

Peach is a great source of vitamin C that helps to get rid of dark circles and blemishes. In addition, this fruit is loaded with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which helps to protect your skin from sun damage, thereby helping to create a natural glow.

Ingredients:

300g chopped peach

100ml sugar syrup

5ml dry vermouth

Method:

Freeze peach halves and sugar syrup overnight. Now, add frozen ingredients along with dry vermouth into a container. Blend to make a smoothie, but do not add ice cubes or water. They may take away the texture and flavour. Serve the drink immediately with a slice of peach, and mint leaves on top.
