WHAT IS A 5:2 JUICE PLAN

A 5:2 juice plan is really simple. You have 5 juices per day for 2 days per week, this reduces calorie intake on these 2 days to approx 450 calories. This saves between 3000-4000 calories on a standard week.

DO I NEED TO HAVE THE JUICING DAYS BACK TO BACK

The simple answer, no. Either consume the juice on consecutive days or keep a day frozen for another day in the week. 5:2 can be a really flexible way of controlling calorie intake across the week. Our packages are cold-pressed, RAW and have not been HPP'd - this reduces the amount of processing that takes place which reduces carbon emissions and also increases the amount of nutrients in each juice. Our juices will last just 3 days in refrigerator, that's why your package will arrive frozen (or partially frozen) if carrying out a 3 day or less than simply place them into the fridge and consume immediately, if doing a 5 day or more then store in a freezer and remove 12 hours prior to defrost. Freezing our juices locks in nutrients instantly and has been shown to have increased nutrient levels in comparison to HPP. More importantly we deliver in a single delivery, this reduces carbon emissions hugely.
